基于安徽动漫产业发展需求上高校动漫人才培养对策研究

Research on the Countermeasures of College animation talents training based on the needs of the development of Anhui animation industry

安徽省动漫产业快速发展,亟需解决人才需求问题。已有的高校动漫人才培养存在观念相对落后、结构性不足、培养层次较低等方面原因;为适应产业调整和快速发展,本文认为需要改革培养体制,突出实践能力培养,重视产学研合作,重视创新能力培养,并实施双导师制等举措,培养符合产业发展的人才,为产业发展提供人才支撑。

The rapid development of animation industry in Anhui Province,need to solve the problem of talent demand..Existing college animation personnel training the existing concept is relatively backward,inadequate structural,culture level is low;in order to adapt to the industrial restructuring and the rapid development,this paper argues that need to reform training system,highlight the practical ability of culture,pay attention to the cooperation of industry,Universityand Research Institute,attaches great importance to the cultivation of innovation ability,and implement initiatives such as double tutorial system,to cultivate qualified personnel of the development of the industry,to provide personnel support for the development of the industry.
