农民工返流视域下农民精神的培育

Nurturing Spirit of Peasantry in Context of Backflow of Migrating Workers

农民精神是中国精神不可或缺的组成部分,也是实现中国梦、增强中国软实力的关键因素。由于我国城乡二元结构体制的存在,农民工城乡双重身份问题始终没有得到有效解决,久而导致农民与城市产生自愿性隔离,加上长期以来农村发展缓慢、农民知识结构固化、整体素质较低等因素,使农民精神始终处于缺位状态。以农民工返流为视角,探讨了农民精神缺失原因以及经济新常态下利用好农民工返流有利时机培养农民精神的必要性与可行性。

The spirit of the peasantry indispensable to the Chinese spirit is a vital factor both to the realization of Chinese Dream and to uplifting the national soft power of China. Due to the dual structure of urban and rural areas in China, the problem of the dual identity of Chinese migrating workers has not been resolved effectively, which in turn leads to their voluntary detachment from cities. On top of this, the factors like the comparatively slow development of rural areas, the fossilization of farmers＇ knowledge structure, and the relatively low level of farmers＇ generally quality result in the deficiency in the spirit of peasantry. This paper probes into the causes for the deficiency in the spirit of peasantry as well as the necessity and possibility of nurturing the spirit in the context of the backflow of the migrating workers and the new normal of China＇s economy.
