摘要
随着经济的不断发展,电力企业只有深化人力资源绩效管理,才能在日趋激烈的竞争环境中提高自身的核心竞争力。在对浙西南电力行业的个人、部门、企业三层次绩效考核体系调查研究基础上,从绩效指标、工作分析、信息收集、评价机构等方面分析其不足,并提出从绩效管理制度、岗位分析、人才专业化、绩效机构等方面予以改进。
With the continuous development of economy, only by deepening human resources management can electric power enterprises improve their core competitiveness in the current environment with increasingly fierce competition. Based on an investigation on the performance management system of the electric power industry regarding the assessment of the performances of individuals, sections and enterprises, this paper analyzes the drawbacks of the system from the perspectives like performance indicators, workload analysis, information gathering and the establishment of assessment institution in the companies. Based on the investigation and analysis, it contends that improvement should be made in performance management system, position and workload analysis, talent specialization and the establishment of assessment institution.
