摘要
为确保新建铁路跨越既有铁路及公路的施工安全,减少对既有铁路、公路运营的干扰,转体施工法成为跨线连续梁施工的主要方法。墩顶转体施工是转体施工中较为新颖的施工方法,具有转体重量小、降低成本等优点。通过对新建呼张铁路线上的多座跨线连续梁墩顶转体施工过程的分析研究,总结了连续梁墩顶转体施工过程中易发生的问题及其原因,并提出了相应的预防措施以及问题发生后的处理办法,可作为今后连续梁墩顶转体施工的参考。
In order to ensure the security of construction when a newly-built railway spans an existing railway or a highway,and to reduce the disturbance of the construction on the normal operation of the existing railway or highway, the girder-rotating method is often applied to the construction of a railway-spanning or a highway-spanning continuous girder bridge. Having the merits of being small in the weight of the rotary body,effective in reducing the cost and the like,the girder-rotating construction at the top of a pier is a recently novel construction method. Upon the basis of analyzing and studying the pier-top-girder-rotating construction processes of many railway-spanning,or highway-spanning con- tinuous-girder bridges of the Huhehaote-Zhangjiakou Railway, the problems that are often liable to occurring in the course of the pier-top-girder-rotating construction and the causes of them are summed up in the paper, with some corresponding preven- tive measures and post-problem treating methods put forward. The paper may serve as a useful reference for the pier-top girder- rotating construction of the continuous girder bridge in the future.
