纳洛酮对急性呼吸衰竭患者呼吸力学、肺功能、氧代谢及D-二聚体的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨纳洛酮对急性呼吸衰竭患者呼吸力学、肺功能、氧代谢及D-二聚体的影响。方法 选取2013年1月~2015年8月在我院接受治疗的急性呼吸衰竭患者110例作为研究对象,将其随机均分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予常规方法进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联用纳洛酮进行治疗。治疗后,检测并比较两组患者的呼吸力学、肺功能、氧代谢指标及D-二聚体水平。结果 治疗后3、5 d,两组的呼吸力学、肺功能以及氧代谢各项指标比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);观察组D-二聚体水平的改善程度显著优于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论 纳洛酮能明显改善患者的呼吸力学、肺功能以及氧代谢等各项指标,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the Naloxone on respiratory mechanics,lung function,oxygen metabolism and D-dimer in patients with acute respiratory failure.Methods 110 patients with acute respiratory failure treated by our hospital from January 2013 to August 2015 were selected as object.Patients were randomly and evenly divided into observation group and control group.Control group was treated by conventional method,while observation group was treated with Naloxone on the basis of control group.After treatment,respiratory mechanics,lung function,oxygen metabolism index and D-dimer level in patients was detected and compared respectively.Results After 3 days and 5 days treatment,the respiratory mechanics,pulmonary function and oxygen metabolism index between two groups had significant difference(P〈0.05);D-dimer level of improvement degree in observation group was significantly better than control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Naloxone can obviously improve the respiratory mechanics,lung function,and oxygen metabolism and other index.It is worth to be popularized and applied in clinic.
