摘要
目的 探讨核心稳定性训练对产后下腰痛患者的临床疗效。方法 选取2014年1月~2016年1月在福建中医药大学附属康复医院就诊的产后下腰痛患者40例作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各20例。两组患者均给予健康指导,治疗组补充进行腰部核心稳定性训练,并根据其症状和功能情况设定不同难度的练习,每周专业指导训练1次,每次训练40 min,患者每周家庭训练至少3次,每次30 min,持续6周。应用数字疼痛评分法(NPRS)、RM功能障碍问卷表(RMDQ)和Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评定表进行疗效评估。结果 两组治疗后的NPRS、RMDQ和ODI分数均低于治疗前。两组治疗前后NPRS和RMDQ的差值比较,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。ODI评定中,两组治疗前后单项日常生活自理能力(洗漱、穿脱衣服等活动)差值比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 核心稳定性训练能够显著改善产后妇女下腰痛症状,加快其日常生活能力恢复。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of core stability exercises in postpartum patients with low back pain.Methods Forty postpartum patients with low back pain from January 2014 to January 2016 in Rehabilitation Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,20 cases in each group.The ergonomic guidance was given in two groups,the treatment group was given core stability exercises about 6 weeks in addition,and according to their symptoms and functional level adjust the difficulty.Professional instruction was given once a week,40 minutes each time,self-training at least three times a week,each time30 minutes.The assessment tools of numeric pain rating scale(NPRS),Roland-Morris disability questionnaire(RMDQ)and Oswestry disability index(ODI) were used to evaluate the clinical effect.Results The scores of NPRS,RMDQ and ODI in two groups posttreatment was lower than pretreatment.The difference value of NPRS,RMDQ in the two groups had statistically significant difference(P〈0.01).And the difference value of the ability of daily living,such as washing,taking off and putting on the clothes of the ODI score in the two groups had statistically significant difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion Core stability exercises can improve the symptoms of low back pain in postpartum patients,and also promote the ability restoration of daily life.
