MRI对膝关节韧带损伤的诊断价值

Value of MRI in the diagnosis of knee joint ligament injury

目的 探讨MRI用于膝关节韧带损伤的诊断价值。方法 选取2013年1月~2016年4月我院收治的60例疑似膝关节韧带损伤患者作为研究对象,所有患者均接受MRI检查,并以关节镜检查结果作为诊断的“金标准”,计算MRI对膝关节韧带损伤诊断的敏感度、特异度、准确度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值,计算MRI对前交叉韧带、后交叉韧带、外侧副韧带、内侧副韧带等损伤情况的诊断符合率。结果 MRI对膝关节韧带损伤的诊断敏感度、特异度、准确度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别为94.12%、88.89%、93.33%、97.96%、72.73%,MRI对前交叉韧带、后交叉韧带、外侧副韧带、内侧副韧带等损伤情况的诊断符合率分别为91.89%、94.44%、91.67%、90.00%。结论 在膝关节韧带损伤的诊断中,MRI可有效反映出患者膝关节韧带的损伤情况,具有诊断准确、无创的优点。

Objective To explore diagnostic value of MRI in knee joint ligament injury.Methods From January 2013 to April 2016,60 cases of suspected patients with knee ligament injury in our hospital were selected as research object,all patients received MRI examination,and the results of arthroscopy was set as the ＂gold standard＂ for diagnosis,the diagnostic sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of MRI in knee joint ligament injury were calculated,the diagnosis coincidence rate of MRI in anterior cruciate ligament,posterior cruciate ligament,lateral collateral ligament and medial collateral ligament injuries were calculated.Results The diagnostic sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of MRI in knee joint ligament injury was respectively 94.12%,88.89%,93.33%,97.96%,72.73%,the diagnosis coincidence rate of MRI in anterior cruciate ligament,posterior cruciate ligament,lateral collateral ligament and medial collateral ligament injuries was respectively91.89%,94.44%,91.67%,90.00%.Conclusion In the diagnosis of the knee joint ligament injury,MRI technology is used to detect knee joint ligament injury and has the advantages of accurate diagnosis and noninvasive diagnosis.
