摘要
目的 探讨人性化护理对门诊患者护理满意度的影响。方法 随机抽取我院2015年1~6月接受常规护理服务的100例门诊患者作为对照组,在对我院门诊28名门诊护理人员进行人性化护理质量培训后,随机抽取2015年7~12月接受人性化护理服务的100例门诊患者作为观察组,比较两组的护理满意度及护患纠纷发生率。结果 观察组的护理满意度为98%,显著高于对照组的81%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。观察组的护患纠纷发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 人性化护理服务对门诊患者护理满意度的提升有较好效果。
Objective To explore the influence of humanized nursing on the nursing satisfaction of outpatients.Methods 100 outpatients received routine nursing service in our hospital from January to June in 2015 were randomly selected as the control group,and after the 28 outpatient nursing staff accepted the humanized nursing quality training,100 outpatients accepted the humanistic nursing in our hospital from July to December 2015 were randomly selected as the observation group.Nursing satisfaction and the incidence rate of nurse patient disputes in the two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 98%,which was higher than 81% of the control group,with significant difference(P〈0.05).The incidence rate of nurse patient disputes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing service has a good effect on the improvement of nursing satisfaction of outpatients.
