临床护理路径在冠脉支架植入术护理中的应用效果

Application of clinical nursing pathway in coronary stent intervention

目的 探讨临床护理路径在冠脉支架植入术护理效果研究。方法 选取2015年11月～2016年10月我院收治行PCI（冠脉支架植入术）患者110例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组（55例）与观察组（55例）,对照组患者采用传统的护理方式,观察组患者采用临床护理路径护理方式,对比两组患者的住院天数、护理满意度以及并发症发生率。结果 对照组住院天数多于观察组;观察组患者满意度大于对照组;观察组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 PCI术后对患者采用临床护理路径,可降低患者的住院时间,降低不良反应的发生率,提高患者的满意度,效果显著,值得在PCI后推广应用。

Objective To explore on nursing effect of clinical nursing pathway in coronary stent implantation.Methods110 cases of patients with percutaneous coronary intervention in our hospital from November 2015 to October 2016 were selected as the research object,the subject according to the random number table method were randomly divided into control group（55 cases） and observation group（55 cases）,patients in the control group were treated by traditional nursing,patients in the observation group were treated by clinical nursing path,the number of days of hospitalization,nursing satisfaction and the incidence of complications of patients observation group and control group were compared.Results The hospitalized days of control group was longer than that of observation group;satisfaction rate of observation group was better than that of control group;adverse reactions incidence of observation group was lower than that of control group;with the differences were significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Application of clinical nursing pathway in patients after PCI can reduce the patient hospitalization time, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, improve patient satisfaction,the effect is significant,it is worthy of popularized after PCI implantation.
