摘要
介绍了BIM技术的特点,分析了BIM技术在建筑智能化设计阶段、施工阶段、交付运行阶段的应用。提出BIM技术具有可视性、协调性、模拟性、信息完备性等特征,满足了建筑智能化的要求,可缩短工期,降低成本,从而提升项目价值,在建筑智能化领域具有广阔的应用前景。
This paper introduced the characteristics of building information modeling (BIM) technology, and analyzed the applications of BIM technology in the design stage, construction stage and operation stage of intelligent building. BIM technology has the characteristics of visuality, harmony, imitativeness and information completeness, and meets the requirements of building intellgence, which shortens the construction period and reduces the costs. BIM technology improves the project value, and has an extensive prospect in building intelligence field.
