我国大学本科双学位教育政策研究

On Policies of Undergraduate's Double Degree Education in Chinese Universities

集中研究我国大学双学位教育的相关政策,分别从国家、地方、高校三个层面对双学位教育的政策做了全面介绍,详细分析了现行双学位教育政策存在的不足,指出当前的双学位教育政策仅回答了"要不要实施双学位教育"和"为什么要实施双学位教育"的问题,尚未回答"什么是双学位教育"和"怎样实施双学位教育"的问题,最后提出建议:建立国家、地方、高校各司其职的教育政策体系,规范、指导、协调和管理我国双学位教育。

This paper focuses on the policies of double degree education in our country.It has given a comprehensive introduction for the policies of double degree education from the three aspects of the central authorities,local governments and universities.It analyses the shortages of current double degree education in detail.It pointed that the current policies have just answered questions whether to hold double degree education and why should we hole it but leaved questions like＂what is double degree education＂or＂how to hold double degree education＂.And finally,some suggestions have been proposed.We should build an educational policy system of nation-province-university to standard,guide,coordinate and administrate our double degree education.
