连锁经营模式在我国零售业及服务业已经发展了很久,市场业态十分成熟,作为汽车后市场的汽车配件经营,我国市场现状还比较混乱,美国已经有很成熟的汽车配件连锁经营,本文借鉴美国的汽车配件连锁经营发展模式,探讨我国汽车配件连锁经营的发展策略。
