针对教学中的问题 ,提出一种主动学习策略 ,提倡教师主动“教”与学生主动“学”的有机融合 ,教师在传授知识的同时 ,注重培养学生的学习能力 ,激发他们学习的主动性和积极性。该策略分别在“测量仪表”和“控制仪表”等课程的教学实践中得到应用 ,取得了良好的教学效果 。

To solve the problems in ever teaching activities, a new active learning strategy is introduced. In the strategy, a blend of the teacher's active 'teaching' and the student's active 'learning' is advocated. When imparting his knowledge, a teacher should pay attention to the training of study ability of students and prompt their activities. The application of the strategy in the teaching practice of two curricula the 'measuring instrument' and the 'control instrument' has taken favorable effects and been accepted by all the students.
