康复运动在慢性心衰患者中的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Rehabilitation Exercise on Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的探讨康复运动治疗在慢性心衰的治疗效果。方法选取我院2015年2月至2016年3月间收治的100例老年慢性心衰患者,随机将其分为观察组与对照组各50例。对照组采用常规的对症治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上再给予康复运动治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组住院期间的生活质量优良率为94.00%,显著高于对照组的56.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的左室射血分数(LVEF)、6 min步行距离和巴氏生活质量指数(BI)均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率为22.00%,显著低于对照组的50.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年慢性心力衰竭患者在常规对症治疗的基础上加用康复运动治疗,疗效显著,能有效改善患者的心功能,提高患者对医院生活质量的满意度,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective To explore the treatment effect of rehabilitation exercise on patients with chronic heart failure. Methods 100 cases of elderly patients with chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to March 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received conventional symptomatic treatment, while the observation group received rehabilitation exercise treatment on this basis. The clinical efficacy were compared between two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of quality of life during hospitalization of observation group was 94.00%, significantly higher than 56.00% of control group, with statistical difference （P 〈0.05）. The left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF）, 6-rain walking distance and Barthel index （BI） of quality of life were significantly better than those of control group, with statistical differences （/3 〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions of observation group was 22.00%, significantly lower than 50.00% of control group, with statistical difference （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions For elderly patients with chronic heart failure, rehabilitation exercise treatment on the basis of conventional symptomatic treatment has significant curative effect, can effectively improve the patients＇ satisfaction degree of quality of life in hospital and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
