RIN和LCP治疗股骨干骨折的临床疗效对比

摘要 目的比较扩髓髓内针(RIN)内固定和锁定接骨板(LCP)内固定治疗股骨干骨折的效果。方法选取我院2012年5月至2014年5月收治的股骨干骨折患者86例,随机分为观察组与对照组各43例。给予观察组扩髓髓内针内固定治疗,给予对照组锁定接骨板内固定治疗。结果观察组的手术时间为(1.71±0.27)h,显著长于对照组的(1.03±0.28)h,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的切口长度为(6.13±2.31)cm,显著短于对照组的(12.39±3.76)cm,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的术中出血量和优良率比较差异无无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 RIN和LCP两种方法对股骨干骨折均具有较好的效果,但RIN的手术切口小,给患者带来的损伤以及痛苦较小,值得推广。 Objective To compare the effect of reamed intramedullary nail (R1N) internal fixation and locking compression plate (LCP) internal fixation in the treatment of femoral shaft fractures. Methods 86 cases of patients with femoral shaft fractures admitted to our hospital from May 2012 to May 2014 were randomly divided into observation group and control groupeach, with 43 cases in each group. The observation group received RIN internal fixation, while the control group received LCP internal fixation. Results The operation time of observation group was (1.71 ± 0.27) h, significantly longer than (1.03± 0.28) h of control group, with statistical difference (P〈0.05). The length of incision of observation group was (6.13 ±2.31) cm, significantly shorter than (12.39 ±3.76) cm of control group, with statistical difference (P〈0.05). No statistical difference was found in the intraoperative blood loss and the excellent and good rate between two groups (P〈0.05). Conclusions Both R1N and LCP internal fixation have good treatment effect on femoral shaft fractures, but RIN internal fixation has small incision and less pain for the patients, which is worthy of application.
