布拉氏酵母菌散剂治疗小儿急性腹泻病的临床疗效观察

Observation of Clinical Effect of Saccharomyces Boulardii Powder in Treatment of Children with Acute Diarrhea

目的分析采用布拉氏酵母菌治疗小儿急性腹泻患儿的效果。方法选取我院收治的200例患小儿急性腹泻病的患儿,随机分为治疗组和对照组各100例。对照组给予常规临床治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予布拉氏酵母菌散剂进行治疗。评估两组患儿的疗效。结果与对照组比较,治疗组治疗后的总有效率显著提高,腹泻持续时间显著较短,治疗4 d与治疗7 d后的大便次数显著减少(P均<0.05)。结论采用布拉氏酵母菌散剂治疗小儿急性腹泻患儿的疗效显著,安全性较高,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect ofSaccharomyces boulardii powder in treatment of children with acute diarrhea. Methods 200 cases of children with acute diarrhea admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 100 cases in each group. The contol group were given the conventional clinical treatment, while the treatment group was treated with Saecharomyees boulardii powder on this basis. The curative effect of children in two groups were evaluated after the treatment. Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher, the duration of diarrhea was significantly shorter, and the frequency of defecation significantly reduced after 4-day and 7-day treatment （all P〈0.05）. Conclusions The Saecharomyces boulardii powder in treatment of children with acute diarrhea has significant curative effect and higher safety, which is worthy of promotion.
