手术护理在皮肤缺损伴撕脱性断指再植的应用

Application of Surgical Nursing in Skin Defect Complicated with Avulsed Finger Replantation

目的探讨手术护理在皮肤缺损伴撕脱性断指再植的应用。方法选取我院2012年11月至2014年11月收治的皮肤缺损伴撕脱性断指患者70例,随机分为两组,每组35例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组实施系统化护理。比较两组患者的知识掌握率、断指成活率、护理效果、SAS与SDS评分和患者的满意度。结果观察组患者的知识掌握率、断指成活率、护理效果以及患者满意度均优于于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组的SAS、SDS评分均降低,且显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论系统化的手术护理有利于皮肤缺损伴撕脱性断指患者的康复,有效提高了断指成活率,并显著缓解患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the application of surgical nursing in skin defect complicated with avulsed finger replantation. Methods 70 cases of patients with skin defect complicated with avulsed finger admitted to our hospital from November 2012 to November 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 35 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, while the observation group received systematic surgery nursing. The mastery rate of knowledge, survival rate of fingers, nursing effect, scores of SAS and SDS and satisfaction degree of patients were compared between two groups. Results The mastery rate of knowledge, survival rate of fingers, nursing effect and satisfaction degree of patients of observation group were better than those of control group, with statistical differences （P〈0.05）. After the nursing, the scores of SAS and SDS of observation group were both decreased, significantly lower than those of control group, with statistical differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Systematic surgery nursing is beneficial for the recovery of patients with skin defect complicated with avulsed finger, effectively improves the survival rate of fingers and relieves patients＇ anxiety and depression, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
