脑卒中后遗症患者应用康复护理对其功能恢复的影响

Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing on Functional Recovery of Patients with Stroke Sequela

目的探讨脑卒中后遗症患者应用康复护理对其功能恢复的影响。方法选取我院2014年12月至2015年12月间收治的脑卒中后遗症患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予康复护理。对比两组患者治疗前后的护理效果和功能恢复情况。结果观察组的SDS评分和SAS评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的总有效率为90.00%,显著高于对照组的57.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中后遗症患者采用常规护理联合康复护理,可明显提高护理效果,有利于患者的功能恢复,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of rehabilitation nursing on fimctional recovery of patients with stroke sequela. Methods 80 cases of patients with stroke sequela admitted to our hospital from December 2014 to December 2015 were selected and divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group. The observation group was given conventional nursing, while the control group was given rehabilitation nursing on this basis. The nursing effect and functional recovery befol：e and after treatment were compared between two groups. Results The SDS score and SAS score of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group, with statistical differences （P 〈0.05）. The total effective rate of observation group was 90.00%, significantly higher than 57.50% of control group, with statistical differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusions For patients with stroke sequela, the rehabilitation nursing on the basis of conventional nursing can significantly improve the nursing effect and is beneficial to promote patients＇ functional recovery, which is worthy of promotion.
