摘要
机车检修周期与检修范围直接影响着机车维修费用。轴承作为机车的关键部件,其寿命特性在设定机车检修周期和制定检修规程的过程中起到了至关重要的作用。文章介绍了如何应用加速寿命试验对风机轴承寿命进行探索的方法,并在该方法中引入了新旧轴承失效数据的对比分析,以提升机车轴承寿命特性的准确性。
The maintenance schedule affects the maintenance cost of locomotive directly. As the key component of locomotive, the lifetime characteristic of bearing plays a critical role in setting the period of inspection and establishing maintenance regulation. This paper describes how to use ALT method to explore the lifetime of blower bearing. Furthermore, it presents the contrastive analysis between new and old bearing failure data in order to increase the precision of hearing lifetime characteristic.
