A New Method for Morphological Analysis of PVC/PE Blends

本文建立了一种研究聚合物共混物相态结构形貌的新方法——近θ溶剂显示法。用 PVC 的近θ溶剂处理 PVC、LDPE 共混薄膜,使 PVC 相由透明转变成不透明,LDPE 相仍保持透明,明显地提高了两相的反差。此时可以用光学显微镜观察到非常清晰的相态结构。此外,本文还探讨了不同 PVC/LDPE 配比时的共混物相态形OQL 的变化及其对共混材料力学性能的影响。

A new method to analyse the phase morphology of PVC/PE blends has beenestablished.Treating the PVC/PE blend film with a near 6 solvent of PVC,the PE phase is still transparent and the PVC phase changes from transpa-rent into opaque and obviously increases the contrast of these two phases.Thus,the phase morphology of the blend can be studied with an optical micro-scope very easily.In this paper,the influence of PVC/PE blend ratio on thephase morphology and mechanical properties of the polyblend is also studied.
