摘要 从系统背景、运营需求、技术特点等方面介绍美国PTC系统,分析其与欧洲标准、中国标准的主要差异;并就PTC系统推广实施所面临的几大问题进行详细分析,同时建议适当借鉴PTC系统的经验用于发展我国西部铁路。 We present the background,operation requirements and technical characteristics of American Positive Train Control System. The differences between the PTC and European or Chinese standards are analyzed. And the problems confronted in the implementation of PTC are also discussed and it is suggested that the experiences from the PTC could be learnt to in the development of Chinese western railway.
