摘要
由于角形铁传统的安装方式易导致角形铁绝缘性能下降,以及引起接触网经钢轨回变电所的牵引回流较大等问题,所以需对道岔角形铁绝缘的安装工艺进行改进。介绍一种新型ZYJ7型转辙机角形铁的安装工艺,能有效降低道岔角形铁烧绝缘故障的发生。
Traditional installation of switch angle iron is prone to cause degradation of its insulation performance and results in larger traction reflux current of the contact line flowing back to the substation through track rail. Therefore,it is required to improve the installation of switch angle iron. A new kind of installation of ZYJ7 type switch angle iron is introduced,which can effectively reduce the occurrences of insulation burning.
