非晶多层膜Fe/SnO_2的磁特性 被引量:1

摘要 采用高频溅射制备了Fe/SnO2 非晶多层膜 .当SnO2 层厚度ds 固定为 5nm时 ,样品的饱和磁化强度Ms 随Fe层厚度dm 的减小而降低 ,这主要受死层效应和维度效应的影响 .样品在dm 很小时 ,呈现准二维磁性 .样品的居里温度Ic 随dm 的减小而单调下降 .当Fe层固定为 2nm时 ,Ms随ds Magnetic multilayered films of amorphous Fe/SnO 2 have been prepared by rf sputtering method.The magnetic measurements showed that the saturation magnetization M s of the samples decreases with lowering the thickness of Fe layers( d m ) while keeping the thickness of SnO 2 ( d s )as 5 nm.It is due to magnetic dead layers and dimension effect.The samples are in quasi-two-dimensional magnetic state when d m is small.The Curie temperature T c of the samples decreases monotonously with decreasing d m ,and M s increases with decreasing d s while keeping d 2 =2 nm.
