摘要
针对莱钢型钢厂H120门架型钢热轧时K5轧件内槽凹坑及成品内槽折叠缺陷问题,对粗轧孔型系统进行了有限元模拟。分析了粗轧阶段变形特点,并根据K5孔型轧制稳定阶段接触弧区域轧件的受力情况,分析了缺陷产生的原因。以此为基础,优化了孔型系统,基本解决了成品内槽横折叠缺陷问题。
In view of the problems of dent defect in internal groove of K5 workpiece and folding defect in internal groove of product during the hot rolling of H120 section steel for forklift mast rail in Laiwu Steel,pass system of roughing rolling was simulated by finite element method.The deformation characteristics in roughing rolling was analyzed,and according to the workpiece force of K5 pass in contact arc region of stable rolling stage,the causes of the defect was found.Based on this,the pass system was optimized and verified by finite element method,and the defects were excluded.
