摘要
针对厚规格管线钢卷取过程中出现的不同卷形缺陷,从设备精度、侧导板短行程控制、侧导板纠偏功能、夹送辊辊缝设定等方面进行了分析和优化。通过有针对性地采取措施进行改进后,有效降低了卷形缺陷发生率,提高了卷形一次命中率和卷形质量,增强了企业市场竞争力和客户满意度。
Aimed at the different coil shape defects of thick gauge pipeline steel in the coiling process,the equipment precision,side guide short stroke control,side guide corrective functions,pinch roll gap setting were analyzed and optimized.Taking some targeted measures,the incidence of coil shape defects was reduced effectively,and the first-hit yield and the coil quality were improved,also the customer satisfaction and market competitiveness were upgraded.
