摘要 采用化学共沉淀法制备了Eu^(3+)、Tb^(3+)、Tm^(3+)单掺,Eu^(3+)、Tb^(3+)共掺,Eu^(3+)、Tb^(3+)、Tm^(3+)三掺的Gd_2(WO_4)_3纳米发光材料,并且研究了其发光性质.结果表明:所制的样品为Gd_2(WO_4)_3的底心单斜结构,Tb^(3+)的摩尔分数为:5%时,Gd2(WO4)3:5%Tb^(3+)的发光最强,此外还发现了Eu^(3+)与Tb^(3+)之间的能量传递现象.在Eu^(3+)、Tb^(3+)、Tm^(3+)三掺杂体系中在353nm光激发下色坐标更为接近白光的标准色坐标值,能够合成比较理想的白光. Gd2 (WO4)3 : Eu3+,Gd2 ( WO4 )3:Tb3+ , Gd2 ( WO4 )3:Tm3+, Gd2 ( WO4 )3 : Eu3+, Tb3+ and Gd2( WO4) 3:Eu3+, Tb3+, Tm3+ nano- phosphors were prepared by co- precipitation method and the luminescent properties were studied. It turned out that the crystal phase of the samples as prepared is base centered monoclinic structure. In Tb3 + doped Gd2 ( WQ ) 3 phosphors, When the mole fraction of Tb3 + is 5%, the luminescent intensity of Tb3+ is the greatest, Furthermore, the energy transfer behavior between Tb3 + and Eu3 + was found In Gd2 ( WO4 ) 3 : Tb3 + , Tm3 + , Eu3+ sample, the value of chromaticity coordinate is more close to the standard chromaticity coordinate value of white light under 353 nm light excitation, and in this way the ideal white light can be synthesized.
