猪流行性腹泻疫苗毒株M基因的克隆与序列分析

摘要 从龙岩地区某猪场使用的弱毒疫苗中,提取毒株核酸.根据Gen Bank已发表的CV777毒株M基因序列设计合成特异性引物,利用RT-PCR技术扩增了疫苗毒株的M基因序列,并对其进行遗传进化分析.通过分析表明,疫苗毒株与韩国毒株virulent DR13的亲缘性较近,与2010年后中国流行毒株亲缘性较远.这一结果暗示该猪场使用的疫苗对于猪群的保护能力不足,无法有效对抗现在的流行毒株,需引起重视. In this study, from the region one of the weak poison vaccine used in pig farms, the virus nucleic acid is extracted. According to a published CV777 GenBank strain M gene sequence specific primers, design synthesis using rt -pcr technique amplified the vaccine strains of M gene sequences, and the analysis of genetic evolution is carried on. The analysis result shows that the vaccine strain is closed with South Korea virulent DR13, is far way with China after 2010 pandemic strain affinity. Therefore, a weak poison vaccine can't be used to protect piglets from pandemic strain infection. It need to be attach great importance.
