1036 MW机组凝结水系统节能实践

摘要 结合华能海门电厂凝结水系统节能挖潜的实践,分析了凝结水泵变频变速运行的节能特性,利用降压、降阻手段达到了深度节能创新的目标,并阐述了控制策略方面的改进,对同类百万千瓦机组具有较大的参考价值。 Based on the practice of energy saving and potential tapping for the condensate system of Huaneng Haimen Power Plant,the paper analyzes the energy saving characteristics of the condensate pump with variable-frequency speed-governing system.By means of voltage and pressure drop,the innovative purposes of obvious energy saving is achieved.The paper yet expounds the improvement on the control policy.This may serve as a reference for improvement of similar 1 000 MW power units.
