摘要 建立连续峰值电流型AC-DC Boost变换器电路,研究输入电压时变情况下电路不稳定行为,重点分析电感电流次谐波振荡产生机理。以消除电路次谐波振荡、电路稳定工作为目标,采用参考电流斜坡补偿方法,推导了保证电路稳定工作所需的最小斜坡补偿幅值公式,设计了相应的斜坡补偿电路。实验结果表明补偿方法可以有效地抑制AC-DC Boost变换器电路中次谐波振荡,验证了设计方法和结果的正确性,提出的补偿方法在中小功率开关电源中具有良好的应用前景。 AC-DC Boost converter with peak continuous current control is built up, and the unstable behavior in converter with time-varying input is investigated, the origin of inductor current harmonic oscillation spectrum is analyzed in detail. To elimi- nate the harmonic oscillation, and ensure stable operation of the converter, the reference current slope compensation method is used. The equation for the minimum slope compensation is derived, which can ensure the stable of the circuit. More important, the harmonic compensation current is designed to solve above problem. The experimental results indicated that the provided compensation method can effectively inhibit the harmonic osciallation in AC-DC Boost converter. The eorrecmess of the design method and its result are verified. The novel compensation method has good application prospect in middle and low power switching power supplies.
