摘要
探讨窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)局部照射治疗银屑病患者前后,对皮损组织HSP27、HSP60、HSP90α、HSP90β表达的影响。采用免疫组化法检测20例银屑病患者皮损区治疗前后及10例正常人皮肤中HSP27、HSP60、HSP90α、HSP90β的表达情况。发现在银屑病皮损中,HSP60、HSP90α、HSP90β表达明显升高,与健康对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);NB-UVB治疗后表达降低,与健康对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P值均>0.05)与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在银屑病皮损中,HSP27表达降低,与健康对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),NBUVB治疗后表达虽有所升高,但与健康对照组比较,差异仍有统计学意度(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。热休克蛋白在银屑病的发病过程中具有重要作用,并且不同的热休克蛋白在银屑病的发生发展中发挥的作用不尽相同。NB-UVB可通过调控热休克蛋白的表达,对银屑病起到有效的治疗作用。
To investigate the effect of psoriatic lesions HSP27,HSP60,HSP90α,HSP90βexpression before and after narrow-band ultraviolet B(NB-UVB)radiation therapy locally.Using immunohistochemical method to detect the display of HSP27,HSP60,HSP90α,HSP90βin the skin lesion area of 20 patients with psoriasis before and after treatment and10 cases of normal skin.In psoriatic lesions,HSP60,HSP90α,HSP90βexpression was significantly increased,compared with the healthy control group,the difference was significant(P〈0.05);Decreased expression after the NB-UVB therapy,compared with the healthy control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P〉0.05),and the comparison of before and after treatment,the difference was significant(P〈0.05).In psoriasis patients,HSP27 display decreased,compared with the healthy control group,there was a significant difference(P〈0.05).After the NB-UVB therapy,expression of HSP27 increased,but compared with the healthy control group,the difference was significant(P〈0.05);The comparison of before and after treatment,the difference was significant(P〈0.05).Heat shock proteins play an important role in the pathogenesis of psoriasis,and different heat shock proteins play different roles in the development of psoriasis.NB-UVB by regulating the expression of heat shock proteins,play an effective role in the treatment of psoriasis.
