动态硫化法TPE的结构探讨

Exploration on the structure of“Dynamic Vulcanized”TPE

依据“动态硫化”NBR/PVC 型 TPE 的实验,提出了“动态硫化”法 FPE 的结构模型。作者认为:“动态硫化”法 FPE 的结构呈现庞大的“协同网络”形式,在该“协同网络”内,各种强弱不同的交联网络同时存在,各网络之间有良好的协同作用,从而赋于 TPE 以优异性能。该模型的提出,对发展“动态硫化”TPE 具有重要意义。

On the base of the experiment of NBR/PVC type TPE with“dynamic vu-lcanizing”method,a structural model of the TPE is proposed.It is recognizedthe“dynamic vulcanizing”TPE has a great“synergistic network”structure,in which there are many strong and weak cross—linking networks and amongthem good synergistic actions exist,hence gires TPE with excellent properties.Proposal of this model is important for developing“dynamic—vulcanizing”TPEs.
