基于使用后评价的既有建筑中庭空间改造设计应用研究——以浙江大学月牙楼中庭空间为例

Application of Renovation of Existing Atrium Space Based on Post Occupancy Evaluation A Case Study of the Atrium Space of Yueya Hall at Zhejiang University

通过对浙江大学月牙楼中庭空间主观满意度和物理环境满意度使用后评价研究,以量化的方法为空间改造设计提供必要的数据支撑,分别从功能布局、物理环境、空间设计和运营管理4个方面对中庭空间改造提出设计方向和策略,最后总结出基于使用后评价的既有建筑中庭空间改造设计方法的应用流程,并论证其对既有建筑空间改造的现实意义。

This paper studies the post occupancy evaluation of subjective satisfaction and physical environmental satisfaction of the atrium space of Yueya Hall at Zhejiang University with a quantitative method to provide necessary data supportive for spatial renovation.It maintains that design principles and strategies concerning the renovation of atrium space be considered in four aspects including functional layout,physical environment,spatial design and operation and management.In conclusion,it summarizes the application process of design methods of renovating existing building atrium space based on the post occupancy evaluation,and testifies to the practical significance of the renovation of existing architectural space.
