班级企业化管理模式的构建探索——以广西交通职业技术学院为例

Probe into construction of the management of enterprise class ——Taking Guangxi Vocational and Technical College of Communications as an example

班级企业化管理目的是为学生在校期间营造一个模拟的企业环境,让学生提前感受工作的状态,培养职场的礼仪和处事方式,锻造学生的管理能力,实现学校生活和企业工作的"无缝对接",离开学校走向工作岗位就能迅速进入工作状态。文章阐述了广西交通职业技术学院在构建班级企业化管理模式的初步尝试以及取得的一定成效,可为开展该模式研究的有关院校提供一定的参考。

The management of enterprise class aims to create a simulated enterprise environment for the student in the school that the students can experience the state of work, the workplace etiquette culture, and ways of doing things in advance. That will help to form the students＇ management ability and realize the Seamless connection between school life and the work of enterprises. The students can quickly enter the working state after leaving school. This paper describes the preliminary attempt to construct the management mode of the enterprise class in Guangxi Vocational and Technical College of Communications, and some achievements have been obtained. It can provide some references for the related institutions to carry out the research of this model.
