摘要
针对飞机多次发生起落架高、低压腔失压现象,造成严重质量问题,通过采取理论分析、故障树分析和故障复现等方法,确定失压机理,提出了充气活门组件卡滞,拧紧力矩过大和外壳变形量控制的技术改进方案。经试验验证表明,改进后的充气活门有效解决了起落架失压现象,保障了飞机飞行安全。
For multiple occurrence with air pressure loss phenomenon of the high and low pressure chamber of aircraft landing gear, it has caused serious quality problems. By the theoretical analysis, fault tree analysis and failure replay methods, we can determine the mechanism of air pressure loss phenomenon, and propose the technical improvement program of air charge valve about components stuck, excessive tightening torque and shell deformation control. The experiments show that the improved air charge valve effectively solves the air pressure loss phenomenon of aircraft landing gear to ensure the flight safety.
