摘要
对于标准直齿圆柱齿轮原始设计参数的测绘,通常情况下比较简单,但是如果该圆柱齿轮是非第一模数系列的齿轮,且为变位齿轮,同时还带有根切现象时,对其进行测绘并仿制就比较困难了。针对上述问题,以直齿圆柱变位齿轮为例,结合CAXA电子图板软件,对其测绘方法进行研究,并应用Mastercam软件在线切割机床上完成对该齿轮的仿制加工。测量结果表明,仿制品与原件各个尺寸指标均一致,与配对齿轮装配在一起啮合效果理想。可见,该测绘及加工方法是行之有效的。
For the standard straight tooth cylindrical gear of original design parameters of surveying and mapping, it is usually simpler. However, if the cylindrical gear is not the first modulus gear, and also with the undercut phenomenon with the surveying, mapping and imitation, then it is trapped difficult. Take my recent exposure to the straight cylindrical gear as an example, share a mapping method combined with CAXA electronic chart software and the application of Mastercam software online cutting machine to complete the gear manufacturing copy.
