资源养护支撑服务是水产技术推广体系"十三五"期间着力拓展的重要公益性职能。论文阐述了"十二五"期间水产技术推广体系开展资源养护支撑服务的主要做法和成效,并运用SWOT理论分析了开展支撑服务的内在优势和劣势、外在机会和威胁,并据此提出"十三五"推广体系开展资源养护支撑服务的相关对策和建议,为今后推广体系相关职能拓展和工作开展提供参考。

The support services for the aquatic resources maintenance is the important public welfare function focusing on expanding in the 13 th plan for the fishery technology extension system. This paper expounds the main methods and effects of fishery technology extension system support services for the resources maintenance in the ＂12th Five Year Plan＂ period, and analyzes the strengths and weaknesses for the support services through SWOT theory. Based on the above, it puts forward development strategy of fishery technology extension system support services for the resources maintenance in the ＂12th Five Year Plan＂ period, providing an important reference for the future related functions to expand and work to carry out of fishery technology extension system.
