溢油对海洋渔业产业中长期影响评价指标体系研究

随着近些年溢油污染事件频収,溢油污染带来的海洋环境变化使得渔业资源收到严重影响,致使水产品产量减少,水产品质量受到质疑,影响了海洋渔业产业的収展,因此本文在国内外现有的研究基础之上,弥补了我国溢油对海洋渔业产业中长期影响研究的短板,根据三大指导思想,六点基本原则构建出了一套科学合理的溢油对海洋渔业产业中长期影响评价的指标体系,不仅为后续研究提供了科学依据,也为政府和海洋行政管理部门提供依据,具有重要的现实意义。
