Objective To explore the value of combined detection of serum carbohydrate antigen 19-9( CA19-9),carbohydrate antigen125( CA125),carbohydrate antigen242( CA242) and CEA levels in patients with pancreatic cancer. Methods From January 2012 to April 2014,110 cases of patients with pancreatic cancer were collected and designed as the experimental group, and the other 100 healthy people with physical examination at the same time were designed as the control group. Levels of CA19-9,CA125,CA242 and CEA were detected between the groups, and the single or combined detection of the sensitivity and specificity of above 4 diagnostic indexes in detecting pancreatic cancer were conducted. Results Serum CA19-9,CA125,CA242 and CEA levels in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group( P〈0. 05). The single detection of the sensitivity of CA19-9、CA125、CA242 and CEA levels were 75. 5%,71. 8%,70. 9% and 50. 9%,respectively. Specificity were 78. 0%,88. 0%,89. 0% and 80. 0%,respectively. And combined detection of sensitivity and specificity of above 4 tumor makers were 95. 4% and 86. 0%. Conclusion Serum CA19-9,CA125,CA242 and CEA levels in patients with pancreatic cancer are significantly increased, combined detection of 4 tumor markers with high sensitivity and specificity, which has a high value of the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.
