睫状环阻塞性青光眼临床治疗体会

Clinical treatment of ciliary ring obstructive glaucoma

目的探讨睫状环阻塞性青光眼的临床治疗。方法对我院2005年-2015年住院治疗的青光眼患者及小切口非超声乳化白内障术后发生的11例(13眼)睫状环阻塞性青光眼的临床治疗进行回顾性。结果男性8例,女性3例,单眼9例(9眼),双眼2例(4眼),年龄65-78岁,平均70岁,开角型青光眼小梁切除术后3例(3眼),小切口非超声乳化+人工晶状体植入术后2例(2眼),慢性闭角型青光眼小梁切除术后6例(8眼),经滴用2%阿托品眼用凝胶、静脉滴注甘露醇注射液、服用醋甲唑胺片降低眼压等,非手术治疗6例(8眼),晶状体摘除联合联合玻璃体前界膜切开4例(4眼),眼前段玻璃体切割术1例(1眼)。结果:11例13眼睫状环阻滞性青光眼中经过及时的药物及手术治疗,均形成前房,眼压正常。视力:0.05 3例(3眼),0.1-0.2 5例(5眼),0.3-0.5 3例(5眼),取得较好效果。结论睫状环阻塞性青光眼临床治疗过程中,积极采取相应措施,正确处理,可取得良好的治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical treatment of ciliary block glaucoma.Methods Eleven patients（13 eyes） with ciliary block glaucoma after hospitalization and small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery in our hospital from 2005 to 2015 were retrospectively summarized： Male 8 cases, female 3 cases, monocular 9 cases（9 eyes）, binoculus 2 cases（4 eyes）, All of them were aged 65-78 years old（average 70 years old）;3 cases（3 eyes） underwent trabeculectomy of open angle glaucoma,2cases（2eyes） underwent small incision non-phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation, 6 cases（8 eyes） underwent trabeculectomy of chronic angle-closure glaucoma, 6 cases（8 eyes） were in non-surgical treatment（to reduce intraocular pressure by 2% atropine eye gel, injectio mannitou and methazolamide Tablets）,4 cases（4 eyes） underwent intraocular lens extraction and incision of vitreous anterior limiting membrane, 1 case（1 eye） underwent anterior segment vitrectomy. Results Eleven cases（13 eyes） with ciliary block glaucoma formed normal anterior chamber and normal intraocular pressure after timely treatment of drugs and surgery. Visual acuity： 3 cases（3 eyes）：0.05;5 cases（5 eyes）：0.1-0.2;3 cases（5 eyes）： 0.3-0.5,which was achieved good results.Conclusion In the clinical treatment of ciliary block glaucoma,Taking appropriate measures and deal with the problem Correctly can achieve a good therapeutic effect.
