一元有机酸型增效剂在盐泥脱硫中的应用研究

Study on Application of Mono-organic Acid Additive to Salt Mud Inwet FGD

文章通过对盐泥添加增效剂一元有机酸(RCOOH)在湿法脱硫中反应活性影响因素进行分析,筛选出反应活性最佳的增效剂,并通过小试和工业化应用,验证了盐泥中添加丁酸明显提高盐泥脱硫效率,解决了盐泥初始反应速率较慢问题,开发出盐泥高效低成本综合利用方法。

Based on mono-organic acid（ RCOOH） additive to salt mud,the effect in wet FGD was analyzed,which the optimal additive was got. The result verified the butyric acid obviously increased the wet FGD reaction rate through the lab experiment and industrial application,which solved the problem of the salt mud initial reaction rate slow and provided a new way for comprehensive utilization of salt mud.
