摘要 全球化运动的出现要求21世纪具有新的学习模式,因此,必须转变正规教育,激活新学习模式以应对全球挑战。有关这个话题的各种文献为教育学实现转型,更好地支持获得21世纪技能提供了令人信服的证据。然而,我们大大忽视了如何最佳教授这些技能的问题。尽管专家都已经意识到,"传递"模式或讲授模式对于教授21世纪的能力是根本不管用的,但这种模式仍然随处可见。尽管大家得到的共识是,学习者需要诸如批判性思维、有效沟通、创新、协商和合作解决问题等能力,但当下的教育学几乎难以应对这些挑战。因此,反思21世纪教育学和澄清当今学习者需要发展的新能力一样,都是至关重要的。本文是"学习的未来"系列的最后一篇,探讨了有助于发展和掌握21世纪能力、提升学习质量的教学法和学习环境。 The emergence of a global movement calls for a new learning pattern for the twenty- first century,hence,there is a must to transform formal education and activate new learning mode to cope with global challenges.Variety of literature on this topic offers compelling arguments for transforming pedagogy to better support acquisition of twenty-first century skills.However,the problem of how to teach these skills in a best way is largely overlooked.Although experts have already realized the "transmission" or lecture model is highly ineffective for teaching twenty-first century competencies and skills,yet widespread use of this model continues.In spite of worldwide agreement that learners need skills such as critical thinking,effective communication,innovation,and solving problems through negotiation and collaboration,nowadays pedagogy has seldom adapted to address these challenges.So, rethinking pedagogy for the twenty-first century is as crucial as clarifying the new competencies that today' s learners need to develop.This paper,the last chapter of the series of Futures of Learning,discusses the pedagogy and learning environments that may contribute to the development and mastery of twenty-first century competencies and skills,and the advance of learning quality.
