2012—2013年中蒙边境甘其毛都口岸地区蜱携带病原体调查 被引量:4

Investigation on tick-borne pathogens in Ganqimaodu port areas on the borders between China and Mongolia,2012-2013

摘要 目的了解地处中蒙边境地区的甘其毛都口岸蜱传疾病病原体携带情况。方法 2012—2013年在甘其毛都口岸采集的亚东璃眼蜱采用RT-PCR法检测蜱传森林脑炎病毒、新疆出血热病毒、布尼亚病毒;PCR方法检测伯氏疏螺旋体、立克次体、贝氏柯克斯体、土拉菌、巴尔通体、嗜吞噬细胞无形体。结果采集的178只亚东璃眼蜱中,24只检出贝氏柯克斯体(13.5%)、3只检出嗜吞噬细胞无形体(1.69%)、37只检出土拉菌(20.8%)、5只检出立克次体(2.8%)、2只检出蜱传森林脑炎病毒(1.12%),布尼亚病毒、巴尔通体和伯氏疏螺旋体、新疆出血热病毒检测均为阴性。结论甘其毛都口岸蜱样本检出多种病原体,应有针对性地加强当地蜱类和蜱传疾病的监测和防控。 Objective To study the presence of tick-borne pathogens from ticks collected in the Ganqimaodu port area on the borders between China and Mongolia in 2012-2013. Methods RT-PCR was proceeded to detect tickborne encephalitis virus,Xinjiang haemorrhagic fever virus,Bunyavirus;PCR was proceeded to detect Borrelia burdorferi,Rickettsia genus,Coxiella burnetii,Francisella tularensis,Bartonella genus,Anaplasma phagocytophilum from RNA and DNA derived from ticks respectively. Results From the total of 178 adult ticks(Hyalomma asiaticum kozlovi)detected,Coxiella burnetii was identified in 13.5% of ticks(24/178),Anaplasma phagocytophilum was identified in 1.69% of ticks(3/178),Francisella tularensis was identified in 20.8% of ticks(37/178),Rickettsia was identified in 2.8% of ticks(5/178),tick-borne encephalitis virus was identified in 1.12% of ticks(2/178). Borrelia,Bartonella,Xinjiang haemorrhagic fever virus and Bunyavirus were all negative. Conclusion It showed an active role of ticks in maintaining Coxiella burnetii,Anaplasma phagocytophilum,Rickettsia,in the border regions between China and Mongolia,it is necessary to strengthen tick-borne diseases surveillance in this region.
