2015年额尔古纳口岸及毗邻林区蜱类调查 被引量:7

摘要 目的掌握额尔古纳口岸蜱类的分布情况。方法 2015年5-9月,采用布旗法调查额尔古纳口岸及毗邻林区蜱类的种群构成和季节消长等。结果共捕获各蜱类542只,经分类鉴定隶属于1科3属5种,优势种是全沟硬蜱,5-6月为蜱数量高峰期;调查的不同时间,不同植被类型均有不同蜱种分布。结论初步掌握了该地区蜱类分布的本底情况。 Objective To understand the distribution of ticks in the Argun port and adjacent forest zones. Methods In May to September of 2015,Cloth flag method was used to investigate species composition,dominant species and the seasonal fluctuation of the ticks. Results A total of 542 ticks, 1 family,3 genera and 5 species were captured.The dominant species was Ixodes persulcatus,the number peak of ticks was in May to June. there are 4 species of ticks in May. Conclusion The distribution of ticks in Argun port had been obtained.
