摘要
设计、冶炼了Cu-Ni系成分的油轮货油舱耐蚀船板钢EH36,并轧制成40 mm厚钢板,然后测试了设计钢种的力学性能、货油舱内底板环境下的耐蚀性能。通过不同p H值环境下传统船板EH36与所试制耐蚀钢的腐蚀速率和形貌实验对比,表明所开发的耐蚀钢在酸性氯离子环境下对p H的敏感度远远低于传统钢,并具有较为优异的抗点蚀性能。
The EH36 corrosion resistant steel for the cargo oil tank was designed and melted, and then hot rolled into 40 mm thick plates, finally the mechanical property and corrosion resistant property were evaluated in the simulated working environment of oil tank bottom plates. The results showed the sensitivity to PH value of the new developed corrosion resistant steel is far lower than that of the traditional EH36 steel, and the new steel has more excellent resistance property to pitting corrosion in acidic chloride environment.
