南阳汉冶特钢热轧钢板表面裂纹成因分析与改进

Analysis and Improvement of Surface Crack on Hot Rolled Steel Plate Produced by Nanyang Hanye Special Steel

摘要 针对热轧钢板表面裂纹问题进行了探讨,通过分析发现连铸坯表面裂纹是引起热轧钢板表面裂纹的关键因素,采取加强连铸机设备精度和结晶器冷却水量控制等有效措施,使热轧钢板表面裂纹率由3.5%降为0.5%,具有一定的经济效益和良好的社会效益。 This thesis talks about surface crack on hot rolled steel plate. Trough analysis and research, slab surface crack was found to be the key factor for this problem. Thus we increased precision of continuous caster and strengthened control on mold cooling water, and the ratio of surface crack on hot rolled steel plate decreased from 3.5% to 0.5%, bringing certain economic benefit and strong social benefit.
