摘要
电解槽阴极软带与阴极钢棒采用压接方式时,在生产过程中存在压接器接触面压降上升、压接器熔断等问题,易导致系列停产的风险,同时在正常生产中制约电流强化。优化阴极软带电平衡,选择阴极软带与钢棒焊接方式对电解槽进行改造,可达到隐患治理与节能降耗的目的。
Voltage drop increased during production when bolt fasten method was adopted in the connection of cathode busbars and steel bars, this led to a series of production risk and hindered current strengthening in the normal production. Optimizing current balance of cathode busbars and welding the cathode busbars with steel bars can eliminate potential dangers and reduce consumption.
