摘要 方法 针对常规泵开采水平井泵效低的问题,通过对固定凡尔的改造,开发研制了适合于水平井开采特点的大斜度抽稠泵。目的加深抽稠泵在水平井中的下入深度,以增加沉没度,提高泵效。结果该泵结构简单,效果明显,与常规泵相比,加深泵挂100 m以上,泵效可提高30%。结论大斜度泵技术提高了水平井的泵效,延长了生产周期,最大限度地改善了水平井的开采效果。 Method To the low efficiency of conventional pump in conventional wells, high angle deviated heavy oil pump, which caters to the recovery characteristics of horizontal wells, is developed through revising stationed valve. Purpose To deepen the entrance depth of pump in horizontal well so as to increase submerge degree and improve pump efficiency. Result This kind of pump features simple structure and obvious effect, which can deepen the reach over 100m and achieve pump efficiency 30% higher in comparison with the conventional ones. Conclusion High angle deviated pump will not only improve pump efficiency of horizontal well, but also elongate production cycle and maximize the development effect of horizontal wells.
