历史街区文化真实性的保护——洛阳老城区改造的问题及对策研究

The Protection of the Cultural Authenticity in the Historic Blocks--A study on the Laocheng Reconstruction in Luoyang

文章以《洛阳市东西南隅历史文化街区(老城区)详细规划》方案的颁布和随后来自各方的不同评价为背景,介绍了这项保护修复工作的产生过程和主要内容,并且根据在实地调研中发现的问题,提出这一规划在文化真实性的忽略。通过的成功案例的分析,从历史实物文化和居住生活文化两个方面作出对文化真实性保护的有益探讨。

As the background of the issuance of scheme〈The plan of Luoyang east-south comer of historical and cultural blocks 〉 and the different evaluation from different parties, the article introduces the process and the main contents of this work. At the same time, the negligence of the cultural authenticity is put forward according to the problems found in the research. After the analysis of successful case, a study is carded out on the protection of cultural authenticity from two aspects： historical entity culture and living culture.
