摘要 目的 测定余甘子精粉在不同温度储藏下没食子酸、单宁酸活性成分的含量变化,分析余甘子精粉中活性成分最适宜的储存温度。方法 将余甘子精粉分别置于30℃、5℃、-20℃环境下避光保存,利用反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)进行没食子酸、单宁酸含量测定。结果 随储存温度的升高,余甘子精粉中没食子酸和单宁酸的含量从-20~5℃有所升高,从5℃~30℃之间都明显的下降。结论 余甘子精粉中没食子酸和单宁酸在不同温度储存下含量不同,5℃时含量达到最高,可为余甘子精粉的储存及养护提供一定参考。 Objective: To determine the content change of gallic acid and tannic acid activity in emblica powder stored at different temperatures and to analyze best storage temperature for active ingredients in emblica powder. Methods: Emblica powder was kept in dark place in 30℃, 5℃ and -20℃ of environment and RP- HPLC was used to determine gallic acid and tannic acid content. Results: With the increase of storage temperature, the gallic acid and tannic acid content in emblica powder increased from -20 to 5℃ to some extent and significantly decreased from 5℃ to 30℃. Conclusion: The gallic acid and tannic acid content in emblica powder is different at different storage temperatures. When stored at 5℃, its content is highest. The study can provide certain reference for the storage and conservation of emblica powder.
