摘要
板式换热器因其具有换热效率高、占地空间小、清洗方便等优点,广泛应用于各个行业,其中蒸汽凝结换热是一种重要而广泛的应用。目前国内设计的汽-水板式换热器系统,普遍存在传热系数较低、换热器面积大、设备投资成本高和二次侧温度控制不稳定等问题。对比分析国外设计的汽-水板式换热器系统及应用情况,提出:通过对工艺条件的灵活处理及系统优化设计等方法提高汽-水板式换热器传热系数,进而减小换热面积,节约设备投资,为今后设计提供可靠依据。
Plate heat exchanger is widely used in various industries, due to its high heat trans fer efficiency, small take space, clean easily. Steam condensation in plate heat exchanger (Steam-water heat exchanger) is an important and extensive application. Domestic steam - water plate heat exchangers system currently prevail problems such as low Heat Transfer Coefficient, large heat exchange area, high cost of equipment investment, secondary side temperature controlling unstable, and so on. Comparative analysis of structure characteristics and application of foreign steam - water plate heat exchanger system, get result: the process conditions of flexible processing and system optimization design method will improve its heat transf er coefficient, so as to reduce the heat transfer area, save equipment investment, and provide a reliable basis.
